Hold to skip doesnt work sometimes

Holding space or circle depending on the output im playing on doesnt work first try then i have to wait the whole killcam before I Bleed Out on conquest or ect. Please reduce in game ending fire Animations on RedSec it causes me to lag once i get to late game because all the fire and smoke animations causing me to get all choppy and laggy terible for late game play. I am on a 2080ti Ftw3 Ultra and i9900k with 32gb ram i should be able to handle it playing with all my graphic settings on low.
