I don’t have access to my twitch drops from 2 months ago For BF6

I’m missing the imperial soldier skin the shattered vehicle skin landslide soldier skin and the mimic weapons pack Twitch drops I was able to get the drops that came out today they all hit my account no problem but the old drops haven’t yet? Can anyone help ?

    I have this exact same problem with the open beta twitch drops, accounts are linked the right way, did claim em in twitch, no mail in game to gem em. New drops hit my accounts instantly as well and appeared in game mail to claim and was able to use em.

    Hopefully they find a fix soon I wanna use these skins.
