I LOST EVERYTHING!!

I lost everything, I'm so upset right now I had been working a house and a family in the Sims 4 game, I always save a log out when I was done for the day. I log in this morning and start up the game to start playing like I always do, load my Sims family to start playing just to check on things and do a few things wail I was at it, I just got them to get married so I had some plains for them, I get on confused my Sim is outside in a towel until I zoomed out and saw what was going on, my Sims house and lot was completely wiped clean of any idiom there, that house took me a week and a half to build and decorate to my liking and how I wanted it. I signed out and saved thinking it was some glitch of something, but no, I was wrong, I started everything back up again and my sims were deleted. I'm so upset and frustrated with what just happened and I don't know what to do or I can go back in the save files or something to fix it, but I don't know how to do that or if I can. I don't know what to do!!
