IFV Laser Paint Causes Silent Locks on Aircraft; Flares Ineffective

This has happened at least 3 times to me where I'll be flying in a helicopter, get painted, then I'll get no warning that an IFV was locking onto me with their MR missile and I get blown up. Dice plz...

This is singlehandedly the biggest issue in the game for me. It completely destroys the balance of the game and makes aircraft useless when some little camper hides in his spawn for the entire game with a IFV.
