Inactivity bug

I preordered the game and had it installed since launch and haven’t played it at all, Every time I’ve tried to load into a match I get kicked for inactivity before I even load in.  I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled , reset the my internet and troubleshoot my modem and it still won’t let me play. Can someone help me please.

    This was happening to a party member in my group when he died and was waiting to be redeployed.  There's definitely something happening.  I'm mentioning this to EA folks in other channels to make sure they are aware, but I suspect they are already know.
