Inactivity bug

I preordered the game and had it installed since launch and haven’t played it at all, Every time I’ve tried to load into a match I get kicked for inactivity before I even load in.  I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled , reset the my internet and troubleshoot my modem and it still won’t let me play. Can someone help me please.
