Keyboard button presses lead to stuttering even AFTER hotfix

I cant play the game since the end of november. Same problem, and it only got worse. A month ago it was happening maybe once or twice a match, now its constant. I dont have MSI afterburner or RTSS.
TBH lack of reaction from mods and no bug acknowledgment really pisses me off. I was really excited to play the game, pre-ordered and all and now its completely unplayable.
