L85A3 Attachments not awarded with mastery rank

L85A3 attachments are not unlocking correctly. PC, Steam Client. I am mastery rank 13 with the L85A3 Assault rifle, however I am not being awarded attachments, as an example I cannot equip the red ...

Thanks for the additional info. It definitely shouldn't be happening, and our team will look into it further.
