I'm also experiencing issue with TDM/CQB (any other close infantry, small scale combats) matchmaking where we sit forever in the lobby to fill players or bots and it gets stuck at 12 max / 16 players, it doesn't fill more than 12 players. You literally can sit there and wait for hours and will only go up to 12 players waiting because 16 is required. Also for context I have Crossplay on as well.
