Bug also happening on PC since they unnecessarily fiddled with Portal XP. Not enough bots join the lobby to the start the game, then as players join, bots are kicked. It's also why servers are never full with bots and people and why larger modes are capped at 24 per side because the bots never fill to 32.Official Matchmaking not populating small modes with AI to start the round | EA Forums - 12808994

Still not fixed. Bots aren't filling the lobby. Lobby never starts.
