This bug is still not fixed. Bot fill is not filling the lobby to capacity thus the game never starts. Official Matchmaking not populating small modes with AI to start the round | EA Forums - 12808994
Fingers crossed they fix this bug this week and make bot backfill actually fill the entire lobby.
