LMGs do not suprress

LMG's do not suppress. I have tested in a private lobby (empty server) the suppression and we tested by shooting around people standing, crouching, in prone, behind cover, slightly out of cover and it no matter how many bullets we sprayed it did not activate or recognise as a person getting suppressed however using explosives will guarantee a suppression. I do not know if this feature is broken or not but it would be nice for it to have increased chance of suppression or fixed due to the challenges requiring you to suppress people.

any help would be nice but as of right now i cannot progress my challenge of suppressing 300 people with LMGs due to this bug, please fix this quickly or please tell me if the testing i did has not worked for a reason.

same issues for me, I can spray 80 bullet at someone with no suppression registering, seems completely random

Hello mate I have seemingly found a work around however it is inconsistent it seems like with the LMGS you need to shoot other the head of the enemy and after constant fire for 2-3 seconds it will activate however the more inaccurate and higher fire rate of the weapon it will guarantee suppression if you miss while shooting into a group over head, but still it is inconsistent if they are behind any cover at all.
