Loyalty/Veteran rewards missing.
Haven't received my BF6 Veteran/Loyalty rewards
Im playing trough EA app.
Been playing BF since BF4 launched. BF4 and BFV not isntalled at the moment, but they are bought and in my EA app library.

it's probably gonna be sometime within the new year after the holidays to get this fixed.. The devs are off for the holidays and aren't actively fixing minor things like this unfortunately.
Support now says they are aware of the problem, have had "tons" of reports of the issue and are working on a fix.
Of course sadly no ETA, but at least they acknowledge the issue and are working to fix it.
I just finally got my original daily login rewards, weeks later, so who knows how long it will take.

At this point it is already very clear that the game developers are not interested in the game's problems or the individual concerns of the players at all. The game's Core problems such as hitreg, hitbox, sound, and mouse stuttering problems have been known for a long time, but they still haven't been fixed. So there is no point in waiting for this to be fixed either. The whole game was just overhyped and a quick money-making scheme. Consider that new paid in-game content is coming all the time, but the Core problems mentioned above still haven't been fixed. Ask for your money back while you still can.
