I logged in yesterday and today and the weapon package is still locked. There's also nothing in my inbox to claim.

Same **bleep**, im in game every day. Inbox is empty too
I got the mail, it's easy to miss because it doesn't show up as new mail. It was under "previous messages" and supposedly sent 1 week ago, similar to other freebie messages in the past.
I'm observant enough to check all the tabs. I only received the skin when I logged into the game from a different PC.
Not unlocking for me, either. Saw something showing as a free gift but when I go to where I can claim it, I get a bug and nothing is there.
