MAS-148 Glaive dealing incorrect damage

The MAS-148 Glaive is stated to deal 1007.5 according to the newest game update, 1.3.1.0. However, as shown in this video, it only deals 675 and shows up as a miss strangely enough. Also, while not a bug, I still feel as though it is not fast enough, as it fails to catch up to jets whose flares have been expended every time.
