Matchmaking issues in LATAM servers (bugged player count and bots)

Conquest and Escalation are suffering from matchmaking issues in LATAM servers. The matches are starting too early and the player count is not correct, showing bots as players. This results in a lot of matches filled with bots when it was not necessary.
