Members of our party don't get into the next game after 1 or 2 matches

This has happened to us (on Xbox), no matter who's the host. We have tried different hosts, staying in the previous lobby and not exiting, rebooting consoles, and even rebooting the game.... nothing...

Issue still exists. It had become slightly less frequent, until Season 2 started. Since then, it's become more frequent. Each day my partners and I play (5-6 days a week) it happens at more than once in an hour - 2 hour game session. After all this time, why? 😖
