Mesh Quality (LOD Bias) is incorrect on higher quality settings

Having mesh quality on high, ultra or overkill seems to break the LODS making every object look very polygonal despite it's high quality setting. Having the mesh quality on low seems to resolve the issue (but then you are playing on low mesh quality which still doesn't look great). This bug seems to be active on every map and every object (as far as I know). I first noticed the bug on the California resistance update.

Notes :  The footage was taken right after a pc and game restart making this a software issue.
Hardware : Ryzen 7 5800X - RTX 3060 12GB - 32 GB DDR4 - 2TB SSD
