Mirak Valley RUSH tanks don't spawn

I've seen some posts about this issue for other game modes but wanted to add that its the same issue when playing Rush. I assume it's not the game mode that causes it but rather the same issue that was already present for conquest games and relates to the team (Nato) not spawning if attacking. 

I've had games when its worked and more when it hasn't on this map/mode.
