Missing BF Coins from completed Battlepass Tiers

I purchased the S3 Battlepass with leftover BF coins from S1/S2. The tiers I had unlocked while playing the free version included locked BF coin tiers. After purchasing the battlepass, I have not received these BF coins. I am missing 500 coins which I figured out by counting what I had leftover after purchase and what remains to be obtained within the rest of the tiers I have not unlocked. I have tried: waiting 24 hours, restarting game, restarting PC, signing out and back in, I have completed multiple full games. Some skins had this problem as well but they have fortunately unlocked since then.

for the math: I had 300 leftover. I currently have 600, with only 300 more left to obtain in the pass. With 1100 total from the pass, and the 300 yet to obtain, I should have 1100 BF coins at this point.
