Missing content from the Road to Battlefield 6 battle pass

I have gone through EA help, and they told be to report the bug here. I had seen other posts of players having the same issues, and that is why I originally when to EA help.

For reasons unknown I didn't receive any of the rewards for completing the Road to Battlefield 6 battle pass in Battlefield 2042. I had noticed on the forums that others have been having this problem as well.

I completed the entire battle pass, but didn't receive any of the rewards upon logging onto battlefield 6.

I also didn't receive any of the beta challenge rewards I completed.

I completed the battle pass before the October deadline, and logged into Battlefield 6 before the deadline to claim the rewards. I first logged into Battlefield 6 when there was a free weekend, and I didn't get the rewards then. I believed that this was because I would have to purchase the full game to unlock the rewards, even thought they should be available to us in the free REDSEC mode. I later purchased the full game at the beginning of the holiday sale.

I have already checked that I am using the same EA account I earned the rewards on, I am on the same platform as the platform I earned the rewards on, for my case PlayStation 5. The servers are running fine, I have restarted my system, and uninstalled and re-installed the game to see if that would work. None of these fixes worked. 

The in-game message to claim the rewards was in my inbox, and I clicked on it to claim it, however it didn't give me any of my rewards. The message in the game inbox is no longer in my messages, and I can no longer click on it to claim it. 

When talking to the EA help advisors, they wanted screenshots of my completed battle pass progress, unfortunately I didn't have these screenshots, as I didn't believe I would need to take them to claim the rewards. I did submit screenshots of rewards I unlocked in Battlefield 2042, showing that I at least completed the battle pass up to that point, however these screenshots apparently were not enough proof of completing the battle pass.
