Missing content _ need help

I bought the basic version of Battlefield 6, and later I purchased Battlefield 6 PRO so I could unlock all the Battle Pass items. I have almost all the Battle Pass skins unlocked — they show as unlocked in the Battle Pass, but in my loadouts they are still locked. So even though Battlefield shows them as unlocked in the Battle Pass, in the loadouts they remain locked and I can’t equip them.

I tried restarting Steam, restarting my PC, and even reinstalling Battlefield, I checked and my accounts are properly linked with EA, but nothing helped. The items appear unlocked in the Battle Pass, but I can’t use them because in the loadouts they stay locked despite me already completing everything.

So is there any solution to this? It has been almost a month and I still don’t have the skins. I read on Reddit that more people are having the same issue, but EA isn’t doing anything about it.
