Missing Promised Free Premium Season 1 Battle Pass

Dear EA Support Team,

My name is d1m4n1337. I pre-ordered Battlefield 6 (edition: Standard). The purchase was made directly through the EA App.

On the global launch day (October 10, 2025), I encountered an error in the EA App (outage related to the "purchase to play" bug), which prevented me from accessing the game for several hours. This issue was widespread among pre-order owners via the EA App and was officially acknowledged by DICE/EA.

In the official statement dated October 11, 2025 (on the EA website, Twitter @Battlefield, and the EA App launcher), it was promised that all affected players would receive compensation, including a free premium Season 1 Battle Pass, as well as 12 Hardware Boosters and 12 Career 60-Minute Boosters.

I received the boosters (Hardware and Career) shortly after launch; however, as of today (October 31, 2025, after the start of Season 1), I have still not received the Battle Pass in my account.

I kindly request:

  1. Verification of my account eligibility for the compensation (pre-order via EA App and impact from the outage).
  2. Issuance of the promised free premium Season 1 Battle Pass.
  3. Confirmation of the resolution timeline if additional review is required.

    I never got mine either. Did they ever hand them out?
