Missing reward - dog tag "TANK-FUL"

Hey there!

I have a problem getting a reward for logging into the game daily. The description states "The first time you boot and enter Battlefield 6’s main menu, whether it is on October 10 or a later date, your EA Connect Inbox will have at least one message: this is your Day 1 Login gift, the “Tankful” Dog Tag" but I have not recived it. I've been logging into the game every day since November 4th and still have noit got that dog tag. I purchased the maximum edition of the game and have already spent the extra money on character skins. I would really like to get my rightful dog tag. Please help
