Missing Twitch Drops and EA Play rewards

I’ve been playing since Redsec was released. I don’t own BF6 so I can only play the f2p modes.

I got an EA Play subscription just to receive the dog tag included in the EA Play Season 1 Pack (October 30) but to this day I still haven’t received any reward. I have EA Play on the EA App but I’m playing on Steam. I even installed Redsec on the EA App to see if that was the issue, but it wasn’t - I still don’t have any notification in my mailbox.

Later I noticed that I’m also missing previous Twitch Drops - Imperial Soldier Skin, Shattered Vehicle Skin, Landslide Soldier Skin, Mimic Weapons Package, Green Falcon Vehicle Skin, Cyber War Weapon Package, Versatile Soldier Skin, and the Called Shotgun Dog Tag.

I have no issues with the current Redsec drops - I received those immediately after redeeming them on Twitch - so the problem seems to only affect the BF6 drops.

I'm thinking that the issue might be that I don’t own BF6 but that doesn’t make sense since all that content should be usable in Redsec anyway.

Of course I’ve contacted EA “Support” multiple times since October 30  and we all know how helpful they are. Every time I was told that my ticket was "marked and shared with the team" but every new advisor claimed the previous one hadn’t done that. I’ve never seen more useless suport.
