Missing Weapons

I have completed the challenges to obtain the NVO-228E Assault Rifle and the KTS100 MK8 LMG but those guns are still locked.

I'm attaching screenshots showing the weapons are locked and the challenges are completed. My XBox UN is Qwest336.
