Mortars in OOB

In rush and breakthrough if a mortar is placed before the zone advances they can remain in play. This makes them impossible to kill because drones cannot fly to them and if the player has 2 brain cells to rub together they have placed it where no sniper will get an angle on them. This lead to a game where the opposing team had 4 mortars we could do nothing about.
