Mouse won't stay locked to game window.

This is a brand new issue for me as of the small 100 something MB update a day or two ago. I have a dual monitor setup and now after the update my mouse refuses to stay bound to the game window. Every time I turn to the right (regardless of speed) my mouse leaves and goes to my second monitor. Again, I want to reiterate that this issue was not present until this most recent update.

Things I've tried thus far:
-Checking both my monitor native resolution/refresh rate and the one in game are matching
-Switching between exclusive fullscreen and borderless windowed (issue persists in either mode)
-Verifying files on steam
-Restarting steam
-Restarting the computer completely
-Complete reinstall of the game

As of yet I have not been able to fix the issue and cannot seem to find anybody having the same issue in my searches.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this has essentially rendered my game unplayable until I can get it sorted out.
