My week 1 challenges are showing that I've only completes 9/10, when I've completed all of the week 1 challenges. I'm also not getting my daily login rewards. My support class challenge isn't tracking correctly (the challenge is Heal teammates for health with Support) it's only tracking maybe half of the time.
I only got Day 1 and Day 5. I missed Day 4 legit, but I should have gotten the rest and did not. Never got the message in my Inbox. I opened a case in EA help and they are absolutely useless. They just keep giving me procedural instructions that I already know or thought I was talking about the EA App outage rewards.
I got to a final answer on my case actually. They acknowledged that there is no fix available currently and it has been escalated supposedly.
It's resolved now! They finally acknowledged it!
