Devs doesnt care.. Its a quick money grabbing scheme. The whole game is full of issues and bugs and devs are pushing broken content out and not fixing games core issues (hitbox, rubberbanding, mouse stuttering, hitreg, sound issues, optimizing problems etc..) and you guys still think they care about your missing in-game cosmetics? They dont.. its all about making quick money. They havent fixed any of the core issues mentioned above but new purchasable in-game content is being pushed out all the time.. open your eyes and use ur brain. Apply for refund. Game is literally unplayable.

At this point, according you are REALLY looking for a fix, i have a suggestion for you : STOP LOSING YOUR TIME AND GIVE REWARDS TO EVERY PLAYERS !!! (even those without BF Pro token), so you can focus on real upgrades for the game ...
I logged everyday to the game since day 1, did every daily and weekly quests/challenges, and i want my rewards !!!
I paid 100€ for the Phantom Edition, instead of 70€ for the basic game, and the only thing i get is bugs, bugs and more bugs ...
Be a bit more serious devs !!!

DICE give me the battlepass pro pass, I've complete all challenges before the 85points glitch, right now the pass is not longer in the hub and I dont have the rewards. Compensation requiered.

I'm having the same issue. I reported this case via the cases system and didn't seem to get a clear response on that EA/DICE was even documenting this issue, despite them saying they were, which is extremely concerning. I have the Phantom Edition of the game, and so I would have assumed after completing my challenges that I would have gotten the items, but I never received them and got stuck on tier 4 of the Pro Pass.
This definitely turns me away from buying battlepasses in the future, considering that I have had so many issues on this game with this new pass system (both the pro-pass, California pass, and even hearing people still not receiving their instant rewards when purchasing the battlepass).
I really hope this is fixed and that DICE/EA are actually working to provide the items to the people who paid and played for them and did everything. Just extremely frustrating in general though...
