No connection to Spain Ser er

I wanted to report an issue with the European servers for Battlefield 6. The game lists a Spanish server, but it’s currently impossible to connect to it, the connection either fails or times out every time.

Additionally, the connection quality to the other European servers is extremely poor (high ping, packet loss, and frequent disconnections).

Could you please confirm if the Spanish server is actually operational? At the moment, it’s unclear whether this is an issue affecting only me or all Spanish players.

If this problem isn’t fixed or acknowledged soon, I’d like to request a refund, since stable access to nearby servers is essential to enjoy the game properly.
