No sleep mission still unable to open door

9th of January 2026 I am still unable to open the door on the no sleep mission...

I have tried numerous things including all of the items listed below so I am now posting here as I want to continue with what I paid my money for

Can this be sorted please ?

The most reliable solution is to restart the entire mission, not just the checkpoint, to force the game's scripts to reload correctly.

Go to the campaign menu and select Replay Mission for the affected mission e.g No Sleep. This forces the game to reload all mission data and generally fixes the missing interaction prompt. i have also restarted the entire single player from the start.

 

 Play through the mission without skipping any cutscenes or rushing ahead of your squad members. Wait for all non-player character NPC dialogue to finish as the interaction prompt is often tied to these triggers.

 

 If you are on PC, some users reported success by switching their FOV setting back to the default value of 90.

 

 Some players on PC found that switching to a controller made the interact prompt appear.

 

 Ensure your game files are not corrupted by using the repair or verify option 

 

 Try disconnecting from the internet and loading the mission while in offline mode to prevent cloud save conflicts.

 

 For console players experiencing a black screen or interaction issues, changing the graphics pre-set from "Balanced" to "Performance" might help.
