No Sleep mission

At the beginning of the mission, you are asked to enter a townhouse downstairs and use a sledgehammer to break in, but when i get to the door, I cannot interact with the door, and the mission is bugged from the start. 

I have restarted from every point possible, uninstalled the game completely, and reinstalled, I have deleted SP save game files , disabled cloud saave aand still same results aw
