not getting rewards for class challenges

after EA changed the in game requirements for their challenges, it auto completed the first support challenge for me and progressed me to the 2nd challenge since i had the requirements to progress.
for some reason tho it didnt give me the the rewards (smoke launcher) 
anyone else had that problem or know what i can do? i already contacted the EA help team and they said that they cant do much about it 

tried to uninstall, verify files and i'm just lost
