Not getting rewards upon challenge completion

I’m not getting rewards for multiple weapons and unit customization even though I have completed such challenge. It’s been a couple days now and nothing has changed. I don’t know where else to go or do site from just report it in hopes that it gets fixed because I really would like to use those weapons.
