Nvidia Instant Replay turns off after 1 capture

I am able to have Nvidia instant replay on when I start the game. Play any amount of time with it on. But once I capture 1 video with it, it turns off saying an app it preventing it from turning on. If I try to turn it back on it will turn off again with the same message. It can only be turned back on with closing the game. Then if I reopen the game I can repeat the process. I have tested this with other EA games (EA app and Steam) and it appears to only happen in Battlefield 6.
