Often BF6 Crashes

Dear Support,

I'm reporting frequent game crashes regardless of the game modes. Behaviour is different every time: sometimes the game crashes after 5 minutes of playing, sometimes after 2-3 games, and sometimes after an hour. However, I think I have never left a game by choice; I have always left it due to a crash. One of them leads to BSODs, another to DirectX errors, and sometimes the game crashes even without errors; it simply closes without displaying any errors.

I tried to update/downgrade drivers for GPU, CPU, and Chipset. Disabling XMP profiles for my RAM and turning off features like high memory bandwidth or low latency mode. It just doesn't help.

Since your system doesn't allow attaching dump files, here is a link to my Google Drive

Looks similart to the topic https://forums.ea.com/idea/battlefield-6-bug-reports-en/the-game-crashes-pc/12740489

  • Redsec killed my 1000€+ motherboard and 400€+ SSD....

PC build WAS solid and stable, no problems for almost 2 years of running this configuration.
CPU/GPU are watercooled, running external 560rad and internal 480rad in Fractal 7XL, and trust me, I have never seen any temperatures for CPU/GPU above 65C... EVER! I was running FanSpeed software with an extra thermal sensor for the water temperature. All custom curves for every fan group and pump. Water from the GPU went on the external rad and then returned directly to the CPU and then to the internal rad that was mounted on the top of the case, which was the out blowing configuration and the front and the back fans stack were the intake. Motherboard had constant "fresh air" with the outtake directly above (temperatures of the CPU and MoBo controlled the speed of this outtake).
So it's not the "heat" that killed my SSD and motherboard out of nowhere, just after the first few games of RedSec...

The problem started only after trying the Redsec; no problems in beta.
First, it was only a few BSOD, but I thought it was the last MS Win10 update.... well, it was not.

Firstly, my Firecuda started failing and disappearing in the explorer (Crystal Mark still showed the health above 90%), and than suddenly it has desaperd or it could be seen only for a few moments in exploerer when i have booted up PC, but if i tried to opened it or run anything from that SSD, the whole PC crashed and restated (BSOD). I must be a bad SSD, I said to myself, and chuck in a new one as I'm running for the primary one (OS). It has worked for a few games (not Redsec but AssettoCorsa) and then BSOD again. Then PC didn't even want to boot into the OS. I have removed RAM sticks and used only one stick. It has worked, I put the second one in and it's not responsive again.... I have also updated MoBo BIOS just to be sure...

I have tested the RAM in the other PC and it is working fine, I have also tested the Firecuda in the external m.2 reader and it is dead as a Dodo. All the other SSDs that I haven't installed the Redsec on are fine....
Today I wanted to the the final test and reinstall the OS from scratch, but the MoBo doesn't see any SSD in ANY m.2 port, but I can see them on other PC and Macs if I use an external reader. (except the Firecuda one that is DEAD DEAD).

I have ordered new RAM and tested with the new kit just to be sure, and it's not the RAM...

    MSI X570 Godlike
    3900XT ryzen
    3080 Nvidia.
    32gig gskill neo
    OS SSD: Samsung 970EVO
    Games SSD: Firecude 530

    TNX EA....

  • My game crashes to desktop with no error message after the most recent update.
