The "Devil Dog" title, Anchor and ship's wheel icon, and Marine corps charm have been deleted from the game. The charm only exists on weapons I put them on before the launch of the season. The Duty Bound skin is still here, but everything else seems to be gone.

Also, maybe let them know through email or something that the issue is being corrected or credit to the account or something. I'm curious to know if EA even had the rights to use the likeness of the Eagle, Glode & Anchor or if they had to pull it because they didn't get permission first.
DO NOT CONTACT customer service through "contact us" they will just direct you to the forums and tell you to try turning it off and on again. ZERO support from customer service chat.
Customer service is literally just directing people to the forums and telling to upvote threads in the hopes of getting Dev attention. Someone needs to do something here, push info up the chain to your next level or something because pushing irritated players in circles with nothing being accomplished not the answer. I literally just got out of chat btw, dude told me I should be playing on PC instead of console then ended the chat on me.
This is absolutely insane to me. Content I paid for was removed without notice and without credit to me, refund or compensation. Specifically the Marine Corps bundle (others as well).
I've been playing Battlefield for like 10-15 years, EVEN Battlefield 2042 through all the BS. This is completely unacceptable that our content was literally stolen from us. Contacted customer support, I was patient and respectful, was told that I should be playing on PC because PS wouldn't get any help. Then I was directed to check the forums and I explained that I already did that and tried all the "self fixes." Before i could even finish writing my response, the agent just ended the chat with me. Disgusting behavior by EA / Battlefield 6 support.
They already massively screwed up with 2042 and now the issues with BF6, with player levels dropping significantly. This is not how you encourage players to stick around or take care of paying customers.
I would like a refund for content that was removed from Battlefield 6. I purchased the "Devil Dogs" pack and recently discovered that I am missing the content included in the pack. I would like a refund of 350 BFC.

My Thanksgiving Turkey background is missing, turkey dogtag is missing, the title is there though and it looks like the breaking bread mini-scout rifle is there still. I think other dogtags are missing too but I've been using the Turkey one for months so don't remember what custom ones are missing. What is going on?
