[PC] Another game-breaking bug, infinite death

Sometimes when you die, you remain like that, without option to release or call for aid, and with an infinite death sound (beep) in the background. If someone doesn't revive you by chance, you just have to leave the server, because there is no re-deploy option either.

When I did quit the server, I encountered another game-breaking bug, black screen instead of getting to the main menu (I opened a different issue for that one).

You really need to fix these issues that force you to quit servers/quit the game, because they are annoying and sometimes people are done with the game when encountering them.
