Getting a total pc hard freeze that requires manual shutdown/restart.
PC Specs: AMD Ryzen 9800X3D, RTX 5080, 32gb DDD5 Ram, SSD.
Happens about 10 minutes into a match. No errors show up, just full freeze and PC become fully unresponsive. All drivers are up to date.
Join the crowd. It's getting ridiculous.
Same. Reinstalled the game and not working. Can't play any match before it crashes.
I think i managed to fix the issue. I did many things but the one i think that worked is:
Yes, Gen 3 will lower bandwidth and I have a 5090 too. However, I havent noticed any performance loss ingame since going to Gen 3 on BF6. Setting to PCIE Gen 3 has resolved my issue no more crashes.
I have not tested Gen 4, maybe worth testing soon.
Update: Gen 4 unstable. Stick to Gen 3
