Playing campaign result to lose all configs

When I play campaign and come back to the top page, then the "email subscription" screen, you know this is the first boot screen of BF6, is shown and ALL settings - yes, EVERYTHING. POV, mouse sensitivity, graphic settings, etc... have been reset to default and progress of campaign is lost.
DirectX error "DXGI_ERROR_INVALID_CALL" happens, so steam's game file integrity had checked. However, this problem occurred.

キャンペーンをプレイしてトップページに戻ると、初めて起動したときに現れるメール登録画面が表示され、すべての設定がデフォルトにリセットされ、キャンペーンの進行状況が失われていることを確認しました。
DirectXの"DXGI_ERROR_INVALID_CALL"が発生したのでSteamの「ゲームファイルの整合性を確認」をすでに実行した後に発生しています。
