Portal Conquest 20 player lobby requirement is unachievable

Summary

Portal Conquest 20 player lobby requirement is unachievable for anything other than the largest of communities.  This latest update reverting from 1 player to 20 player lobby threshold will do nothing other than kill off battlefield gaming communities and ruin the portal experience.  

Instead of running a verified conquest portal without bot backfill we have been forced to and bot backfill which lowers the real player lobby threshold to 8 players which is more achievable.  This however has the knock on effect of ruining the game play as we don't want to play against bots.

Due to being forced into having bots our round stats are no longer tracked .

I don't think the intention of these lobby threshold changes was to increase the number of servers with bots i.e. PvE servers but that is the reality.  

PLEASE lower the lobby round start threshold for Portal Conquest games without bots to 4 which will allow the games to start and for the servers to fully populate naturally over a few rounds as has always been the case in every other Battlefield.
