Portal Server, Not Persistent

So i republished, I was getting the same error. Then I noticed no longer allowed to backfill with bots. I have a full time job, and I own a business, and I have a 2 year old. I get like an hour or 2 at night to play. I dont want to play against these **bleep** try hards who kill me 14 times to every one person I kill. That isn't fuin for me. I just want to play against bots, and get unlocks, SINGLE PLAYER. Why is that so awful? IDGAF about playing online, or bot farming. I just want to play against the bots, and unlock things as I go, like an RPG.
yep...just noticed this too...they really **bleep**ed up everything didnt they...
