Yeah I think this is highly likely because I tried everything yesterday from BF1 up to BF6 and could replicate the issue in all games. Every other game (CS2, Cyberpunk etc.) I have tested is running smoothly so I can confirm it is a BF specific issue. Funnily, when you play with a controller, it doesn't happen, at least in BF6, I tested this as well.
Correct, just finishing testing. BF1, BF5, and 6: pressing A or S makes the game stutter or drop frames. W and D are not impacted by this bug.
This must be the javelin software bc it all started after the update.

have you tried a keyboard that doesn't have the A and S bound to Fn key to switch between F keys and multimedia? I returned a keyboard that had that because it caused conflict with SOCD. but maybe that is your issue too? It silly to have a marketed "gamer" keyboards with any of the WSAD keys bound to a function. they keyboard i have now uses the number keys for f keys, but the row with the m key for multimedia.

have you trieds a keyboard that doesn't have those bouns for F key and multimedia? I returned a keyboard for those very reasons. It caused conflict with SOCD. Because the A key was bound for F keys, and the S key to switch to multimedia mode. The keyboard I have now is better cause it doesn't have keys bound to switwch the layer. It just uses the number keys for f keys, and the row with the m key for the multimedia keys. I contacteds teh company and told them its an oversight to market a kb as a gamer keyboard, if the wsad are bound for keyboard functions. The keyboard I have now you can also change the fn key to something else. So my capslock is my fn key now, so I can switchly use the number keys as f keys when in a vehicle. and my fn key is now my capslock.
