Problem with launching the game
Brief Problem Description:
The game has stopped launching after successful installation and play. When attempting to start the game, the process appears in Task Manager, but the game itself does not open. After a few minutes, a small black window appears, which then disappears after a short while along with the game process.
Actions Preceding the Problem:
The game was successfully downloaded and was running correctly.
The issue arose suddenly, without apparent cause (e.g., no new software installation, driver, or OS updates).
Detailed Description of Game Behavior:
Launch of the game’s executable file.
The game process appears in Task Manager (process name [insert process name if known, e.g., battlefield6.exe]), but the game window is not displayed.
After approximately 2-3 minutes, a small black window appears
This black window remains on the screen for about 1-2 minutes.
Then, the black window disappears, and the game process also disappears from Task Manager.
A crash report window appears.
