Profile Showing Level 0, Stats Blank After Login (Dec. 19, '25)
Logged on this morning and it's showing me at level 0 and all my stats have been wiped

My bad, only Lvl and profil picture come back, stats still to 0
same bug here, and the tasks in ice lock did not earn points for the battle pass
Playing now is useless we have to wait until its fixed
Update: After about 6ish games (2-3 hours) and a level up , its went back to normal, not sure what caused it but its all back to normal now no lost stats etc

Hey FishySneej. If you’re playing on a console, make sure you’re signed in with the correct account and haven’t accidentally switched profiles. Restart the device and check again afterward. This should help synchronize your stats.
