Profile Showing Level 0, Stats Blank After Login (Dec. 19, '25)

Hey FishySneej​. If you’re playing on a console, make sure you’re signed in with the correct account and haven’t accidentally switched profiles. Restart the device and check again afterward. This should help synchronize your stats. 

Update: After about 6ish games (2-3 hours) and a level up , its went back to normal, not sure what caused it but its all back to normal now no lost stats etc 

Playing now is useless we have to wait until its fixed

same bug here, and the tasks in ice lock did not earn points for the battle pass

My bad, only Lvl and profil picture come back, stats still to 0

Same for me and my friends after finshing a match on the PS5.
