[PS5] Free “Knife’s Edge” dog tag gift missing from Store (no Free Gift button)

Hello,

during the free gift period I tried to claim the free “Knife’s Edge” gift (dog tag) in BF6 on PS5 Pro, but there was no option to do so in the Store – there was no “Free Gift” button at all.

On PC, I was able to claim it via the Free Gift button during the same time window on a different account, but the PS5 Pro version unfortunately didn’t offer that option.

Is there any way I could still obtain this dog tag, please?
