Also jumping in here to report/share that I experienced this issue today on Feb 16th for the first time while playing on the PS5 Pro for less than an hour. Hard crashed in game with a frozen screen, then switched to a locked green screen with the console unresponsive the whole time, and then the console shut itself down. After unplugging the power cord and waiting 30 seconds before turning the console back on it then rebuilt its data base and my external hard drive also had to rebuild and repair itself. Hoping the devs see this and it's being addressed with the launch of Season 2.
