Purchased tier skips not working

Do you see any menu option (perhaps within the Battle Pass screen) to manually redeem or apply your available tier skips? - None available

If you think you’re affected, please also confirm:

Platform - PC

Whether you’re on the main Battle Pass track or Prestige - Prestige

Whether any tier skips appear as available in the Battle Pass UI - None showing up

Bro samething with me and EA support is no help! I keep explaining the problem and everytime a new EA support dude emails me asking for proof back to back like wtf

nope, still nothing on mine, and I bought mine days ago. Such a shame that they offered the tier skips at reduced price, knowing people were trying to get the tiers done before tomorrow, and we are now coming up short. I can't see them sorting it out in the next 12 hours.

Me again. I noticed on tab "Battle pas" there is a red message (left under) saying "5 tiers skip carryover".
Looks like it will keep my tiers skip for the next season. Must be a slow synchronization on the server that almost took 2 days .. (?)

It's funny that I already completed my battle pass before the skip tiers came in.

I am on PC, and I looked around the entire battlefield menu and battle pass screen, and there is no way to redeem or apply the tier skips. To clarify I am on the Prestige track with only 5 tiers left but I know if the skips do not apply there is no way I will be able to finish the battle pass.

Hi! Also bought 2 days ago a tier skips for 450 coins. I am on prestige track and did not receive any skips.
I have Steam on my PC. It is really sad that I had to spend so much time to find EA support, but could not find any.  And I finally ended here on this Forums.

yes, I only wanted the 5 to just finish the last few in Prestige

I've now bought 35 Tier skips and not one has appeared... my money back or my Tiers please?

Hello, I'm on PC and i'm having the same problem. I bought enough tier skips to finish the last stages of the Battle Pass: a couple levels on the Definitive track plus the whole Prestige track. The tier skips worked without issue on the Definitive track, but the Prestige track remains unchanged. There aren't any messages to use the tier skips on the Battle Pass UI either.
