Purchased tier skips not working

I play on Steam. I am trying to finish the main battle pass. I do not have prestige. The tier skips were paid for by BF coins but do not show up in the UA or in game at all- and of course not in the battle pass. 

Same here I finished the season3 battle pass then I bought the bfPRO battle pass and still I don’t see my tier skips carryover 

Yep this just happened to me as well, Bought half price skips to the tune of 2900 coins.

Bought 3x 10 tier skips, then 2 x 5 tier skips and it applied them all but only to level 100, I was already at 91/110.

I should still have 2 x 10 tier and 2 x 5 tier skips left but they arnt found anywhere.

Restarted, rebooted ect ect. 

I'm just gonna get refunded via Steam or PayPal, they can delete the game account if they want.

I have completed every single challenge, including the weekly ones, without fail. Unfortunately, I don’t have much time to play, so despite completing all 12 weeks of challenges, I still haven't finished the Battle Pass. Honestly, DICE, how is this even possible?

Because of my limited playtime, I decided to spend some coins to finish the "Ultra" tier. That worked fine. Then, I saw the "x10 Tier Skips" and decided to put a bit more money in to finish the Prestige levels.

EA took my money, but nothing changed. My progress is stuck.

What kind of scam is this? I’ve lost money and received absolutely nothing in return. I am playing on Steam and I want a full refund for this transaction. Your customer service has been useless so far, and after this experience, I don't even want to play this game anymore.

I’m in the same boat. EA Support is completely incompetent and isn't doing their job properly. This whole experience has honestly made me lose all interest in the game.

I’m on pc and on prestige track, I purchased 10 skips to finish it off and they did not appt just took the coins, I can’t see anything in the UI to activate skips

I just bought 5 tier skips. I'm on PC. I'm on the prestige track (last part of the battle pass). There is no tier skip option in the UI.

And EA cannot understand why peeps aren't buying things in Store.

I just purchased 5 and 1 their skips to be done season 2, And none of them worked. I come online and find out this has been a problem for months.... what TF there is no way I will purchase season 3 or PRO knowing season 2 was incomplete due to a known bug and from what i can seen no one has been resolved. What a shame.

Same - bought 10 for 750 coins to complete the last Prestige path of S2. Contacted EA Help and the agent told me there is no issue with my account so the issue will be "reported to the game team to check from backend as it is server related".

Seems like this is an ongoing issue since months?? Did anyone receive their rewards/coins back?
